Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment, selection, offering and onboarding process
  • Sourcing, screening and conduct interviews to shortlist candidate through different channels
  • Liaise closely with hiring managers and provide professional advice on the recruitment and hiring trends of the market
  • Source and create innovative source and channels on attracting talents
  • Maintain timely and accurate employee data and prepare recruitment related statistics for management analysis and review
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in recruitment
  • Strong functional expertise in recruiting, sourcing, and related initiatives are core competencies
  • Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented and ability to handle multi-tasks
  • Exposure in sizable MNC working environment is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
