Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a type of bacteria that infects your stomach and duodenum. It attacks the lining that protects your stomach by neutralizing your stomach acid, leading to possible stomach or duodenum sores or ulcers. H. pylori is identified by IARC as a group 1 carcinogen for gastric cancer.

H. pylori is identified as a group 1 carcinogen for gastric cancer or lymphoma apart from causing other gastric ailments, while most infected people do not develop any symptoms. Testing in time and receive appropriate treatment can attain a cure rate as high as 85% and lower the risk of potential complications caused by a H. pylori infection.

Stool Sample Collection

1. Life the toilet seat, take out the stool collection paper from the pacakaging 
2. Tear the double-sided tapes on both ends of the stool collection paper, and stick it onto both sides of the toilet body (ensure that the middle of the stool collection paper hangs above the water surface in the toilet) 
3. Put down the toilet seat and carefully press the stool collection paper. Defecate onto the stool collection paper

1. After defecation, take out the test device from the packaging and start performing the test 
2. Pull off the orange cap on the top of the test device. Insert the threaded end of the sampling stick into the stool at 5 different points to collect specimens 
3. Insert the sampling stick back into thetest device after sample collection iscompleted 
4. Shake the test device for about 10 seconds to fully mix the stool sample into the diluent 
5. Break off the white limit block from the cap. Keep the test device in the upright position, press the orange cap down to the lowest level, and start timing 
6. Wait 10 minutes at room temperature for the result (results after 20 minutes are regarded as invalid)

• Negative: A line appears in region (C) 
• Positive: A line appears in regions (C) and (T) 
• Invalid: No line appears in region (C)

The test could not indicate whether you have a H. pylori infection in the sample. 

The test needs to be repeated with a new test kit and a freshly collected sample.

The result indicates the presence of H. pylori antigen in the sample. 

Even a very faint line next to 'T' should be considered positive if there is also a ‘C’ line.

The result indicates that no H. pylori antigen is detected in the sample, the risk of infection is very low. 

A negative result does not rule out a H. pylori infection, please seek follow-upwith your doctor if necessary.

• The test result of this kit should be identified visually. In order to ensure anaccurate test results, please do not identify the test result in dim light condition
• Store at 2-30°C and the shelf life is 12 months. Do not freeze. Avoid direct sunlight
• The test device should be used at 15-30°C and humidity 20%-90%. The result should be read after 10-20 minutes. Results after 20 minutes are regarded as invalid
• This test is single-use. The used test device and samples may be potentially infected, and should be properly disposed of in accordance with relevant regulations
• The test device cannot be tilted during the test process and should always be kept in an upright position
